The recent conference at the Center for Development Research and Foresight in tandem with the University of Tehran's Faculty of Governance titled "The Leading Development Agency: A Prerequisite for the Orderly Development of the Country" addressed the significance of a super agency with more power and a sharper focus than existing government bodies.
